Working as Senior Engineer Program Quality for OEMs like PSA,Daimler, Ford, TATA Motors, Chrysler, Hirschman, BMW, M&M, HMCL, HERO, Eicher and so on by co-ordinating around 60 to 120 Suppliers Globally.Managing Vehicle,e-Mobility & Aerospace segments for NPD quality start from Design to SOP stage. Co-ordinate with Enginnering, NPC, VD and PE to assure first time right quality products dispatch to customer. Planning with SQE and SDE team on daily basis to assure right product coming from supplier and right product is dispatching to end customer. Co-ordinating for SPPAP evaluation for new vendor assessment and approvals. Attending Design review with CFT team to identify design related issues in new product for functional, fitment and aesthetical issues. Attending Tool design review to ensure that all quality aspect are considered for new product with all critical dimensions and functional aspects to it. Attending Process review to ensure process will be defined as per guideline by capturing all defects from manufacturing process to prepare defect free products. Monitoring all under development projects as per APQP guidelines and micro plan. Conducting quality meeting to resolve issues in child parts, In-process rejection and Lab failure with QPR submission. Verifying Child part SIR approval as well as Product SIR approval from Customer. Conducting monthly meeting for MIS review and communicating the status & observations regarding the quality objectives Identified quality trainings needs, facilitated training for coach inspectors & operations team on 5S, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP & Cp- Cp-k Certified internal auditor for IATF 16494, worked with cross functional team to complete QMS audits, internal audits, work station audit & took follow-ups to close open action items in stipulated time span.
