Wet lab: Performing PCR, product purification, gel extraction, restriction digestion, ligation, transformation, plasmid isolation, protein purification, SDS-PAGE, and analyzing bioplastic degradation by enzymes using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM).This internship is enhancing my hands-on skills in molecular biology, bioinformatics, and advanced lab techniques.
