I jumped head first into the unknown the day I graduated college, when I shifted my whole life from laboratory research to startup building. Since that first day at a 4-person, bootstrapped startup I have known that I want to work with small teams building big things and dreaming bigger dreams for the rest of my life. I love to bet on myself to solve big problems and I thrive when I get to work with others who do the same. I have had the fortune of wearing a million and one different hats over my career. In my time working at startups, I have been the- Right hand to the CEO of a Series-A, A16Z backed startup- Onboarding chaperone for every new employee at my company- Recruiter, running both technical and non-technical searches- Financial forecaster and forensic accountant- QA testing builder and leader- Storefront builder and conversion marketer- Logistics and manufacturing czar- and so much moreI love having the opportunity to wake up everyday and learn new skills to solve the most pressing issues facing my team.
