ABOUT SARAH TURNER

With more than 25 years in the multifamily real estate industry, I’ve had the opportunity to work on all sides of our business; as a supplier partner, an operator, and an association leader. Seeing the industry from these different perspectives has shaped how I lead and deepened my appreciation for a career that has been both challenging and rewarding.Throughout my career, I’ve focused on strengthening operations, building and supporting strong teams, and creating better alignment between onsite operations and support functions like human resources, training, and technology. Most recently, my work has centered on optimizing performance, supporting ownership goals, and fostering collaborative leadership environments while navigating the evolving challenges of our industry.I’m passionate about people-first leadership, operational excellence, and helping organizations and teams succeed together. I’m at my best when strategy, execution, and relationships come together, and I’m energized by opportunities to drive growth, continuous improvement, and meaningful impact.I’m a proud supporter of the apartment association industry and the people who make it so special. I encourage EVERYONE to get involved locally, on the state level and jump in Nationally as well. Serving as the 2025 President of the Fort Worth Apartment Association, 2026 Vice President-at-Large with the Texas Apartment Association and participating in the FWAA, AAGD, TAA and NAA Leadesrhip Lyceum Program is truly an honor and a meaningful way for me to give back to an industry that has given me so much.
