About Turi McKinley
I help organizations redesign how they create value — through design.With more than 20 years leading design and innovation, I work at the intersection of human-centered design, organizational strategy, and emerging technologies. I partner with executive leaders to define bold experiences and build the teams capable of delivering them.I am a practicing design leader. I shape products, services, and systems in market — while also strengthening the talent, clarity, and capabilities that allow design to drive meaningful business impact. Increasingly, that includes integrating AI into creative and operational workflows in ways that enhance, not dilute, human judgment.My clients span industries and include AT & T, GE, Hyundai, Mars, MTV, Patreon, Qualcomm, and UNICEF.Trained in anthropology, interaction design, and experience strategy, I bring systems thinking and human insight to complex challenges. I hold an MFA in Design and Technology from Parsons School of Design and have taught design and innovation at Columbia University.
