I lead supply chain for Springs Fabrication, where we build complex, safety‑critical products. Our team’s focus is simple: secure the right materials and services, on time and in spec—every time. Together, we manage the Approved Supplier List (ASL), implement contract and quality requirements on purchase orders (QT‑1/2/3), and partner closely with PM, Quality, Engineering, and Production to keep projects moving. We also oversee vendor onboarding in our ERP/CRM systems, reinforce data discipline, and close the loop from nonconformance through corrective action to ensure continuous improvement.What we enjoy most as a team is turning policy into practice—translating customer and code requirements into clear PO terms, aligning supplier capabilities with project risk, and using metrics to continually raise the bar on cost, delivery, and quality.
