ABOUT TUMI AJULO
I hold an academic background in International Development and have recently completed a Law degree, with a growing focus on policy implementation as a mechanism for driving sustainable and inclusive change. I am particularly committed to advancing policies that improve outcomes for vulnerable communities. My interest in this space is shaped by a wide range of experiences. As a member of the Race Inclusion Student Advisory Committee, I’ve worked to influence institutional policies that promote equity and belonging. I’ve gained valuable insight into long-term, inclusive policymaking during an internship with the Office of the Future Generations Commissioner for Wales. I am currently building on this through an internship with The Crown Estate, where I am developing a deeper understanding of how policy, land use, and governance intersect to deliver public value. I’m particularly interested in the intersection of policy, advocacy, and justice—and in contributing to work that turns values into action. I’m open to opportunities where I can apply my interdisciplinary background to support effective, inclusive, and forward-thinking policy delivery.
