About Tulsi Keshkamat

I have always been innately interested in people - what drives them, what they need, how they approach products and problems. This interest has translated into deep customer empathy, building and nurturing strong teams as well as partnerships and coalitions. Over the years I have honed the skill of turning this into a sharp focus on customer outcomes, a high bar for efficient delivery and an inclusive, empowering org culture.Having started my career working on platforms and services (Windows digital rights management, Xbox content management, Windows phone services, Microsoft customer account and support services) and then traversing to more customer facing solutions (Power platform, Business applications platform, Microsoft Teams), I think full system (back end and front end). I have developed the ability to connect dots end to end to build great consumer grade user experiences over extensible backends at Microsoft enterprise scale. I have both V0-1 (Power Automate RPA, Power Apps in Teams) and V1-N (Microsoft Teams frontline worker solutions) type experiences. Along the way I have learned many lessons in org structure, talent management, adapting quickly to change. I am a change agent for processes and culture at scale across organizations. I believe in embracing diversity in every aspect of team and product building, and creating inclusive workplaces so every team member can bring their best every single day. I facilitate sessions on Inclusion, Privilege, Management Excellence to create awareness. I received the Dale Carnegie award for human relations, and culture award for the Business Applications Group at Microsoft. I currently lead the product group for Frontline Worker tools in Microsoft Teams at Microsoft.
