I am also a Board Member of the Indian Subsidiary of GS Group.• FP & A: Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to optimize capital allocation and profitability.• Accounting and finance operations: • Oversee financial reporting across six global entities (US, UK, India, Italy, Singapore, Australia) under US GAAP, IFRS, and Indian GAAP. • Tax and compliance function of the Group: Manage taxation and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions, including transfer pricing and corporate tax planning. • Treasury: Drive treasury and working capital management, optimizing liquidity, cash repatriation, and investment strategies.• Accounting Software migration: Spearheaded ERP migration to NetSuite, integrating automation tools and RPA to enhance efficiency.• M&A: Co-led financial due diligence and restructuring for a private equity acquisition (2022 exit). Post – acquisition, transformed the reporting process per new stakeholder requirements.•Partner with C-suite and board members, providing financial insights for business expansion and cost optimization.• Led cost rationalization initiatives, reducing operating costs through automation and resource optimization.• Mentor and build a high-performing finance team, fostering a data-driven decision-making culture.
