In one of the projects, I advised a student-led organisation facing a multi-year deficit on restructuring operations, improving marketing strategies, collaborating with community groups and optimising input cost. •Summarised 150 Health and Dental Plan survey responses on Microsoft Excel and prepared visualisations to summarise the recommendations on improving the plan. • Board member of the Sustainability Project funds, where the $1100 allocation to “Bike for Good” was approved, focusing on hydrogenated fuel use by evaluating environmental impact, decarbonization potential, and investment return.• Planned and executed 3 year financial goals by supporting loan renewals, developing sponsorship guidelines, and standardising contract and invoice payment processes, preparing treasurer resources and evaluating student health plans using questionnaires and longitudinal data analysis to improve transparency, internal controls, and students’ trust.
