1) Started working as pricing implementor catering to correct implementation of the global agreements in the post signature workflow. Also, worked as an auditor for other implementors to maintain high quality work output and avoid any pricing anomalies.2) Became full time auditor working on maintaining the quality output. Took up resolving the pricing anomalies raised by internal stakeholders such as sales, pricing analysts and others along with external stakeholders such as end user customers.3) Work using various Power Bi dashboards to detect the pricing anomalies earlier and quicker avoiding a query followed by requirements of invoice corrections and thereby maintaining high customer satisfaction.4) Training new joiners in the team on various tools & RPA bots in the team.5) Enhancing existing VBA Macro based tools along with creation of the new to automate the process and enhancing the efficiency of the process thereby reducing the overall TAT.6) Part of UAT for various new initiatives in the team.7) Leading the team operations during projects by helping the team reach the target effectively in less time.
