Director of Product with exposure to a wide range of technologies and methodologies spanning a 15-year IT career. My determination to drag Graylog to glory is an elemental force without bounds.At Graylog I run product for the Core and Data Node teams, working closely with an Engineering Manager and 11 Engineers. As a technical member of the product organization I am usually involved with the crisis of the day, speak directly to large clients, and spend time working directly with Engineering and Architecture on solutions. I also have a good head for Business Intelligence and excel at uncovering and presenting impactful data. Prior to entering Product Management, I spent a decade working Application Support, Cloud Engineering and Professional Services. I can take a hand at most common platform technologies. My expertise is working with monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios), log aggregation stacks (Graylog, Splunk, ELK), large production databases (Elasticsearch, Opensearch, Oracle SQL, MS SQL, Apache Iceberg) and AWS. My projects typically address performance optimization, data management, observability and integrations.
