In my role as Area Manager, I am responsible for driving commercial development and overall business performance across the majority of the national territory, with direct oversight of approximately 80% of the Italian regions. I define the sales strategy, monitor performance, and ensure the achievement of area targets.I lead the Welfare Corporate Regional Managers, supporting them in closing new opportunities and expanding their client portfolios, as well as coordinating the Business Development Representatives in generating qualified leads. My focus is to ensure strong alignment between strategy and execution, delivering sustainable revenue growth at both individual and regional levels.I was personally involved from the very beginning in the commercial launch of the Flexible Benefits product, contributing to the definition of the go-to-market approach, commercial priorities, and the development of the first strategic partnerships.In addition, I directly manage the company’s most impactful clients, with the objective of strengthening long-term collaborations and identifying further growth opportunities. I am also accountable for the division’s budget and report directly to the CEO to ensure alignment on results and strategic priorities.
