Responsible for customer projects launch management, focused on Chassis & Modules new products implementation (welding cells, stamping dies, assembly lines, machining equipment’s).\\\\n• Conduct project review meetings with the stakeholders and directors to share status and escalate issues timely.\\\\n• Track project KPI’s targets achievement based on quality, costs, and time indicators (QCT).\\\\n• Assure project financial performance, quality standards, customer requirements compliance and implementation timing.\\\\n• Manage all the project risks to maximize risks with positive impacts and mitigate risks with negative impact.\\\\n• Define and track development project timeline (MS-Project).\\\\n• Lead indirectly and motivate cross-functional project teams.\\\\n• Support project implementation at company’s production sites.\\\\n• Manage the ECR’s of the project (internal or external) and the risk analysis of each major change during the develop & launch phase.\\\\n• Establish and foster good customer relationships, developing customer specific know how.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
