At Pfizer, I’ve helped scale R&D and Manufacturing hiring across India and the region, aligning talent efforts with global innovation and supply chain expansion. I was instrumental in helping set up a nano Global Capability Center (GCC) to support the Global Analytics Hub and Digital vertical, anchoring critical digital and data-driven hiring. I manage a team of in-house Recruiting Managers, contractors, and RPO partners across geographies, delivering on strategic and operational hiring goals.During my time at Emcure Pharmaceuticals, I was a part of the core Corporate HR Leadership Team, where I led Talent Acquisition and the company’s Gender Diversity & Inclusion agenda. I also headed Corporate HR for select verticals and served as the HR Business Partner for Enabling Functions and IT, closely aligning people strategy with business growth. For the initial few years, I led the HR function for the International Business (Emerging Markets), driving HR integration and organizational development across expanding markets.At Merck, I began as Manager – CoE, Sourcing & Recruiting for India, responsible for 2200+ employees across Pharma, Consumer Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Performance Materials. I was part of the team that introduced the 3-Pillar HR model in India, initiating a significant transformation of the HR function. I later moved into the role of Regional Talent Acquisition Lead – APAC South, overseeing 11 countries and leading senior hiring across business lines. A key highlight was my role in the Sigma-Aldrich acquisition, where I supported talent integration and significantly ramped up hiring for a new Manufacturing site and a growing Shared Services IT hub in India.Between 2007 and 2014, I built a strong foundation in executive search at leading firms such as Korn Ferry, Heidrick & Struggles, Boyden, and ABC Consultants, where I led senior-level mandates across diverse industries including Consumer, Industrial, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Lifesciences, and Technology.With experience across executive search, corporate talent acquisition, and HR business partnering, I bring a unique lens to building scalable, future-focused people strategies that balance business impact with strong operational execution.
