Understanding and highlighting Gap. • VDI creation- Allotment of the VDI and activation Resource Management:• Joining Process-Document the onboarding process and checklist for Onshore and Offshore resources onboarded to the AIG project.• Identify the differences between onshore and offshore resources. Define and implement PMO standards, methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality in project execution.• Ensure Training completion- ReNew Training/ CD Training/ Domain Insurance- Biweekly data from the HR team. Send out Biweekly follow-ups. • Collaborate with department heads and project managers to forecast resource needs and manage resource availability.Continuous Improvement • BISRA, BCM Plan- Understand the reporting requirements by reviewing the past reports. • Audit resolutions -Get an understanding of the needs of the audit team. The project team will provide the necessary details from past queries. • AIG on-boarding process- Project forecasting, Onboarding Billing Targets • Bench Management -Participation in Bench Management.
