My role includes the identification of qualitatively relevant suppliers, nationally and internationally, for the existing product range and those that can be expanded in the future. Evaluation of offers & quotation, placing of orders and review of contract fulfillment supplier management, including conducting annual discussions as well as price and condition negotiations. I carry out international market research to ensure market transparency and exploitation of potential (procurement market, competitors, market developments), checking and maintaining incoming goods. I need to determine and bundle of required quantities after analyzing stock, product pipeline and forecast. Inventory optimization in collaboration with the planning, sales, CCT, production and logistics. Creation, maintenance and management of supplier and article master data. Close coordination and continuous development with the management as well as the relevant interfaces from sales – production – logistics – administration to supply chain management. Also, I’m partially responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of the company\'s logistics operations along with logistics specialist. This role involves freight planning, coordinating transportation, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with regulations to achieve efficient and cost-effective logistics solutions.
