I have worked closely with clients across Core HR, Workforce Structures, Global & Local Transfers, Performance & Goals, Calibration, and Payroll, supporting both steady-state operations and implementations.Currently involved in an Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Implementation project, where I work on end-to-end payroll functional testing, including Payroll Flow Patterns, element setup and validation, fast formula testing, DoR configurations, and AP & GL integrations. I also design and develop custom BI Publisher reports (RTF, Excel, XML, eText) tailored to client-specific business and statutory requirements, along with validating report outputs during SIT and UAT cycles.In my support roles, I have handled day-to-day Oracle HCM production issues within SLA, managed workforce structures and employee transfers, and supported Performance & Goal Management cycles end-to-end—from configuration and launch to calibration and closure. I have led Calibration cycles for multiple annual review periods and actively supported UAT activities, defect resolution.I bring hands-on experience with HDL for bulk data loads and corrections, BI/OTBI reporting, functional documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions for both client teams and internal consultants.
