The fast growth taught me how to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver under pressure. But along the way, I realized something important — I didn’t want to limit myself to just managing processes. I wanted to build, innovate, and work closely with technology in a way that truly creates value.That realization pushed me to step deeper into the tech ecosystem. I started consulting for Umachi Sons, an emerging company in India’s agriculture sector, where I focused on aligning technology with real business challenges. It was an opportunity to bring structure, digital thinking, and strategic problem-solving into a growing industry.Soon after, I took on the responsibility of managing a tech team of 10–12 members at Nirjan International. Here, I combine leadership with hands-on involvement — guiding my team, closely managing client relationships, and ensuring that every solution we deliver is efficient, sustainable, and aligned with business goals.My long-term vision is to one day lead a single entity within the Jana Group — building it with strong systems, smart technology, and a culture that prioritizes excellence and innovation.For me, growth is not about titles — it’s about impact.
