Managing one of the biggest SAP Green Field implementation project in Europe. This is a lighthouse project on S/4 Implementation, driven in a Agile / Hybrid Agile method using SAP Focused build. The implementation is planned for 46 companies and for eight E2E process areas with some of the latest products and solutions from SAP ( e.g ACR, Advanced Credit Management, ARIBA, EWM etc.). I am the end responsible and accountable for the project from the Lead System Integrator.
