I’m currently studying Organizational Leadership and Psychology at Penn State because I’m passionate about understanding how people grow, lead, and support each other. Fitness, teamwork, and helping others have always been central to who I am. Whether it’s in the weight room, on the football field, or out in my community.I believe in pushing limits and empowering others to do the same. I love seeing people build confidence, resilience, and real strength both physically and mentally. Giving back and creating a positive impact, especially through mental health advocacy and community outreach, drives me every day.
