Oversaw demolition and tenant improvement of 4 individual suites as well as exterior improvements at the property. Individual suites approximately SF in size with warehouse space and in lobby, office and mezzanine space. Worked directly with the city of Los Angeles to obtain all permitting and inspections.Redeveloped and old and dated warehouse space and campus into unique work environments for companies wanting to have creative space to grow their business. Updated the exterior campus space with elaborate lighting, clean landscaping, clear wayfinding signage and enhanced security.Site improvement investment was over $4 million. Won Silver Award from the LA Business Journal \"Best Industrial Project 2020\" Developing new sites in Los Angeles and Inland Empire region. Projects include building new tilt-ups replacing old oil well fields, amusement parks and brown space lands.
