   The Elanco Workplace Experience Leader is responsible for creating the strategy and developing the workplace experience programs to ensure the Elanco HQ campus is a powerful destination for innovation, collaboration and inspiration for Elanco employees, customers, and partners. On design team to help create new HQ. This role will also be responsible for ensuring all workplace services are well integrated to deliver an exceptional experience for all that work and visit the HQ campus. Finally, this role will be responsible for developing the the Workplace Experience agenda globally, by setting the standard for all sites to follow. In charge of the following for workplace experience and design: meetings, technology, sustainability, pets, food, and security.
