ABOUT TUCKER JOSEPH
I\'m a Finance and Accounting double major at the Darla Moore School of Business, currently holding a 4.0 GPA. Through my experience with the Carolina Fund, I’ve conducted equity research in both the healthcare and real estate sectors, using valuation methods like DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses. Beyond the classroom, I’ve had the opportunity to lead the Peer Tutor Program Leader for KA, where I mentor students in business classes to help them with their academic performance. These experiences have deepened my passion for financial analysis, problem-solving, and asset management, especially as it relates to real estate. My coursework has helped me build a strong foundation, and I’m excited to keep developing those skills. I’m always looking to connect with professionals in finance and real estate to keep learning and growing in my career.
