About Tucker Hines

In June 2019, I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University. Now, I am a licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in the State of Oregon and hold an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification. I continue to broaden my professional expertise in both land surveying and civil engineering and value opportunities to collaborate with and learn from industry peers.I currently serve as Assistant Survey Manager, managing survey projects from initiation through completion while supporting overall survey department operations. My experience spans a wide range of project types, including boundary, topographic, ALTA, floodplain mapping and certification (including elevation certificates and support for LOMR/LOMA submittals), construction staking, and land development projects of varying size and complexity. I lead construction-related survey efforts, assist with staff supervision and workload planning, and maintain clear communication with clients, project managers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality, efficient results.
