My role involved sensory evaluation, scaling noodles at an industrial level, and collaborating with marketing teams on market research, benchmarking, and creating sales pitches. Key product launches included Wai Wai Seasoned Masala Noodles, the Dynamite Range, and extruded snacks like Wai Wai Cheese Balls and Crunchy Munchy. I also assisted in the development and launch of the Wai Wai Xpress Cheese Range, overseeing ingredient sourcing, formulation, and production processes to ensure product quality and compliance.I pride myself on my ability to manage vendor relationships and maintain effective communication across teams, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
