As a liaison between the State Assemblymember and constituents, district organizations, local governments, and state agencies, I have conducted research on policy issues and monitored pertinent district and local issues.As a result of the 2022 redistricting and election, Assemblymember Kalra represents California\'s 25th District, which encompasses the majority of San José, including downtown, in addition to a wide swath of open space located in the northeast portion of Santa Clara County. Previously, Asm. Kalra’s District number was 27.Highlight: Tuan has been lead staffer on Judiciary-related legislative area in Asm. Kalra’s District Office during the Assemblymember’s tenure as Chair of Judiciary Committee, starting January, 2024.
