Tuan “Tune” Pham is a transactional real estate financing attorney and a founding partner of Downs Pham & Kuei. For over 20 years, Mr. Pham has represented both public and private multifamily housing developers, navigating a myriad of specialized federal and state financing resources, including tax-exempt bonds, low income housing tax credits, and special district financing. His broad client base includes publicly-traded REITS, a technology giant, national real estate companies, and local community developers. Mr. Pham has assisted his clients in financing a range of developments, including 100% affordable housing apartments; mixed-income, mixed-use apartment communities; and master planned districts. Mr. Pham routinely counsels his clients on matters within and outside of California.
