With 11+ years of health system experience, I lead a team of over 100 staff members and drive initiatives that enhance patient safety, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.I am a Board-Certified Sterile Compounding Pharmacist (BCSCP) with extensive knowledge and skills in USP 797 and USP 800 standards for sterile compounding. I have successfully managed the development, opening, and implementation of a new USP 797 and USP 800 Compliant Cleanroom, and passed numerous regulatory surveys without findings. I have also implemented Pharmacy Keeper Remote verification system for non-sterile and chemotherapy compounding and applied Lean Management Systems (LMS) strategies to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
