Support the roll-out and implementation of Talent Review (a talent management initiative is designed to nurturing and developing the talent within organization) and Mobility Policy- Response enquiries from clients (managers, staff, and HR community) on procedure and policies, share relevant knowledge on Talent Review and Mobility Policy through capacity building/training sessions for managers, HR community and staff- Develop PowerBI dashboard, analyze and present results of Talent Review - Communicate business requirements for Talent Review Quantum module to IT- Build and update Intranet site for Recruitment and Career Succession team- Track mobility designations, movement of staff due to mobility, and related position information, transfer final approved designation to Quantum- Communicate on Mobility and Career development, send and track letters on Mobility designation to staff- Provide logistical support on The Annual Mobility Exercise, prepare the compendium of Job Descriptions and the different stages such as longlisting, shortlisting, and informing outcome of the process on EVA ai (recruitment platform based on AI). Support data analysis in the broader area of Human Resources- Consolidate and analyze data related to OHR projects, provide live data analysis for Resident Representative/Deputy Resident Representative annual rotation, and workforce planning to promote gender, diversity, and inclusion (north/south balance)- Provide solutions on data archiving and analytics to OHR management and other project leads, especially on Excel and PowerBi. Support preparation and finalization of separation processes- Prepare related documents of separation cases, submit and follow up clearances through approval levels- Coordinate recruitment process for unassigned staff such as eligibility review, written assessment, interview.
