Responsible for Onboard F&B, Inflight Experience and lounges. I oversee a team of over 400 employees across 6 cities. This includes the Alaska Lounge program, the onboard food and beverage program, catering operations, inflight experiences such as inflight entertainment, Wi-Fi, cabin interiors, uniforms and service flow. • Successfully transformed Alaska’s inflight F&B program by leveraging industry leading pre-order technology and unique product partnerships to offer the most comprehensive and sustainable inflight F&B program of any US carrier. Under my leadership, Alaska became the first Major airline to eliminate plastic water bottles and cups and to offer a virtually waste free fresh F&B retail program. • Successfully completed generational expansion projects for Alaska’s lounge program adding new lounge locations and expanding existing lounges enabling significant growth of membership programs and partnerships. • Led the development and delivery of transformative aircraft reconfiguration projects that generated significant unit revenue growth while enhancing the customer experience. • Transformed Alaska’s inflight entertainment and connectivity program by transitioning over 200 aircraft to Satellite based Wi-Fi, launching a customer friendly pricing model and becoming the first airline to launch the next generation of satellite technology.
