Accountable for guiding and supporting the implementation and ongoing enhancement of TC Energy’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program. I provide strategic oversight and analysis across a broad spectrum of enterprise risks—including operational, financial, regulatory, strategic, and security-related domains—spanning TC Energy’s operations in Canada, the United States, and Mexico.Key contributions:• Manage and deliver executive-level reporting, including emerging risk updates and deep dive presentations for the Board and Executive Leadership Team.• Co-facilitate annual risk assessment workshops with senior leaders to align on enterprise risks, controls, and mitigation strategies.• Monitor and assess macroeconomic, geopolitical, and industry-specific trends to identify emerging threats, detect control breakdowns, and deliver strategic recommendations to enhance risk mitigations.• Develop and evaluate key risk indicators (KRIs) to assess and quantify risk exposure, including trend analysis and tolerance shifts.• Drive continuous improvement by integrating external thought leadership and best practices into the ERM framework.• Develop and deliver ERM training, mentorship, and coaching to executive-level stakeholders across the organization.
