Manage the IT Business alignment and provides overall direction for the day-to-day activities of the operation from a technology standpoint- Design and implement short- and long-term strategic plans to ensure terminal systems capacity meets existing and future requirements- Set priorities for the design, maintenance, change management, and enhancement of all Terminal operational systems and services such as, common use passenger processing, safety and security systems, curb to gate systems, landside and apron management systems etc- Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, for Terminal system administration and changes- Management of Airport Systems activities and associated co-ordination with users and other departments- Establish service level objectives and service level agreements with operations business units and in coordination with the IT Operations unit. Design and publish service and performance benchmarks and reports- Conduct research and make recommendations on products, services, protocols, and standards to support Terminal systems evolution and optimization- Identify cyber and other IT-related risks with associated risk mitigation strategies consistent with appropriate industry best practices- Building relations and co-ordination with major system providers and other application providers to ensure New Terminal One reflects latest use of technology and gets best valued service- Conduct feasibility studies and Proof of Concept implementations for various upgrade scenarios, improvements, and other conversions.
