After 40 years in the direct mail and fulfillment business, my role has evolved into that of a mentor. I find immense joy in watching our customers succeed with their campaigns. The industry has changed dramatically since I started—when admail was just 13 cents a piece—and today our focus is on helping clients stay on budget and on schedule. We\'ve expanded our services to include pick and pack, as well as printing, allowing us to provide comprehensive solutions. I\'ve also had the pleasure of working with fantastic staff who have taken my vision to a new level. I\'ve always believed that every person and every role is equally important, and at the end of the day, there\'s nothing more satisfying than knowing you\'ve accomplished something through your effort.
