When I talk about our mission of being the “third-space” of our community, each and every person here plays an incredibly important role. People can’t be at home or at work ALL the time, there needs to be a third place for the community to come together and break bread with one another. A place for people to go any time of the day and KNOW that there will be someone else there to enjoy their time with. I say all the time that one of the greatest honors and pleasures I’ve had in my life has been growing up watching strangers come in to the restaurant and becoming friends, first dates turning into weddings, children growing up and becoming parents. It’s a constant reminder of how precious life is and to always cherish the wonderful people we have all around us. Getting to wake up and work with the people I care most about in the world; my brothers, sister, father, and people I’ve known most of my life, has brought me more fulfillment than anything else ever could.• Worked directly with the member team to manage FP & A.• Created and implemented new supply chain model that decreased COGS 4%• Created in-house operational efficiency models that drove labor costs down 6%,brought shrinkage to under 2%, and increased net profit nearly 5%.• Led the transition to a new POS and merchant system, negotiated 50% off start- up costs and 20% off recuring charges.• Managed a team of 30 FOH Staff.
