ABOUT TSHEPANG TSHUBE
I have been an academic for over 10 years. I have published 20 peer-reviewed journal articles (12 in Scopus/Web of Science databases, with an h-index of 4 on Scopus), four book chapters, and a biography of a top athlete. I received the 2019 Emerging Arts/Science and Technology Researcher of the Year Award. This award is given to the most promising researcher at the University of Botswana. I have attracted funding and managed research grants, including an award from the World Anti-Doping Agency. I serve on several academic boards including the International Olympic Committee Grants Review Board and two international journal editorial boards, the Journal of Sport Psychology in Action and Frontiers in Sports and Active Living. These are two high-impact factor journals indexed in Scopus. I have mentored and published with graduate students and colleagues in the Department. I have graduated, as lead supervisor, four graduate students.
