I work to shape and nurture a strong, performance-driven culture aligned with our core values, and I lead employer branding initiatives to position us as an employer of choice.People Administration & Payroll ManagementI’m responsible for all HR administrative processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and international standards. I supervise accurate and timely payroll management across all locations, supporting operational excellence and transparency.Learning & Engagement ManagementWe design and implement development programs to foster continuous learning. We monitor engagement and lead initiatives focused on well-being, motivation, and long-term retention.People Operations Business Partner – Italy & International. We act as a strategic HR partner to leadership teams across different geographies, supporting business needs through tailored people solutions.I lead a team of 8 HR professional
