Supported different people attended with Dementia and other mental problems. Psychological such as Autism - some of my clients had it since birth i supported them with personal care and safety requirements while acting with Due care, skill and diligence by respecting each of my clients dignity and privacy.Encouraged, patients to pro-actively engage in activities, this had a great impact on their ability to remember things they forgot such as their families. Some enjoyed listening to one particular musician named \'Elvis\' who was invited to some units for activities in person. I danced with some of my clients attended with dementia. This enabled them to remember when they were younger. This made some of them to feel they are still being loved and respected even though they behaved unconsciously - it was my job to act with due care, skill and diligence. Others enjoyed drawings and relaxing under the sun particularly those who were blind.This had a massive impact on some of my clients recovery and well-being.
