In spite of the fact that I considered myself reasonably successful, I was making little progress in regards to accumulating adequate wealth for the financial independence I had always imagined my wife and I would share. That fear was significantly compounded by the birth of our first child. God determined that my bride and I qualified as special parents and blessed us by giving us one of his special children, a beautiful baby boy destined to mature into a man while forever having the mind of a child.That brings me back to 1995, when I was introduced to a sales career with a company destined to become HealthMarkets Insurance Agency, the year that my life forever changed for the better.
