Responsible for strategic enterprise retail accounts across the UK and Europe, advising senior IT and business stakeholders on digital transformation initiatives across merchandising, supply chain, POS, inventory management, and customer engagement platforms. Own the full strategic account lifecycle including account planning, executive engagement, opportunity qualification, commercial structuring, and alignment with delivery and consulting teams to ensure successful program execution.Key responsibilities include: Acting as trusted advisor to CIOs and transformation leaders on modernization of core retail systems including Oracle Retail Merchandising (MFCS), Xstore POS, Loyalty (ORCE/CrowdTwist), and Store Inventory & Operations. Leading complex enterprise RFP processes, strategic discovery workshops, and executive presentations aligned to multi-year transformation roadmaps. Driving account growth through structured expansion planning across cloud migration, unified commerce architecture, and omnichannel initiatives. Partnering closely with consulting, solution engineering, and delivery teams to ensure alignment between commercial strategy and implementation governance. Supporting executive steering discussions and business case development for large-scale retail technology investments. Representing Oracle at industry events and executive forums within the retail sector.

I’ve spent my career demonstrating, designing, and delivering solutions that drive real outcomes - whether that’s delighting shoppers with seamless journeys, empowering store associates with better tools, or improving operational agility and profitability.Before returning to Oracle, I was part of Diebold Nixdorf’s Strategic Software Sales Global Team, helping Tier 1 and 2 retailers adopt a cloud-native platform to enhance customer and staff journeys. I’ve been privileged to work globally with retailers of all sizes, supporting them as they navigate the complexity of modern commerce.
