As a group of trainers we train all of our clients and each have a person to person relationship to create individualized fitness programs. We offer one-on-one personal training, group training, workshops, corporate bootcamps, and apartment training. Currently due to the pandemic we are branching out into the virtual training segment and offering training on FaceTime and Zoom.
