In my writing career, I\'ve convinced millions of people to recycle old TVs, advised senior citizens how to use Medicare, dished about the latest historical costume TV series, created haikus about hard drives, and helped small businesses fund their growth dreams. Whether researching style guides, creating eBooks, blogging endlessly, writing user case studies, planning social media campaigns, or writing user-interface text, I focus on getting the right voice and tone that connects brands with audiences.My goal is to always work with a smart, creative team and make a significant contribution to a product, company, and story I believe in.    Wrote user interface content for customers to activate, manage, and pay their new PayPal Rewards Mastercard. This next-generation credit card features two levels of cash-back rewards that can be redeemed to the customer’s PayPal balance.• Lead content design for credit integration in new PayPal digital wallet application, including revolving credit, consumer credit cards, and Pay Later. Collaborated closely with credit interaction design and cross-functional teams to create clear, consistent systems and terminology.• Wrote upstream content for Global Pay Later launches in US, UK, and France, as part of the company’s entry into the Buy Now Pay Later market. Collaborated on large-enterprise merchant onboarding flows so sellers could offer Pay Later purchasing options to their customers.• Wrote user-interface content for a complete overhaul of the Financing Portal where small business owners can get responsive banner assets and code to promote PayPal Credit and Pay in 4 on their own websites. Tested nomenclature for types of assets to see what resonated with customers before adding to new portal.• Collaborated with user research to train designers in writing interview guidelines and learn 1:1 customer interview technique. Together, we trained the entire credit design department in several months.• Wrote user-interface content for end-to-end experiences of small business owners seeking loans through PayPal Working Capital. Collaborated with interaction designers, product manager, and legal stakeholders to refine content to meet customer needs, business goals, and regulatory requirements. Conducted interviews with small business owners, and overhauled Working Capital entry points and application experience based on this customer feedback.
