With over 25 years of experience in performance management and coaching in professional sport, including Head of Performance at Wasps and Cardiff Rugby, I experienced success and titles at both UK and European Level.I am also a twice Amazon best-selling author, having published books on performance and leadership in sport and life, and a third one awaiting release. I have a Master of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, and a background in NCAA athletics and Welsh literature.
