ABOUT TRAVIS MITCHELL

I\'m a Product Management Director who never stopped being an engineer. My career started in the trenches — architecting multi-cloud infrastructure at Oracle, building Terraform modules for transit networks spanning AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI, and deploying Kubernetes clusters for enterprise customers. When I moved into product management, I brought those engineering instincts with me. Today at Aviatrix, I report directly to C-level leadership as a high-level individual contributor. I don\'t just write PRDs and roadmaps — I personally design and deploy the systems I\'m responsible for. Recent work includes: • Architecting a billing platform migration from legacy systems to Orb, with integrations spanning Salesforce CPQ, Clazar marketplace orchestration, and cloud marketplace operations across AWS, Azure, and GCP • Building AI-powered pricing and sales automation using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Claude API, and agentic AI workflows • Using Claude Code for production codebase analysis — reverse-engineering system behaviors to surface performance insights for engineering leadership • Designing Model Context Protocol (MCP) adoption frameworks for enterprise agentic AI workflows • Creating self-service license management platforms and telemetry data architectures I believe the most effective product leaders are the ones who can debug a Terraform module at 2pm and present the marketplace strategy to the board at 3pm. That\'s how I operate. If you\'re building at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, AI automation, and enterprise product strategy, I\'d love to connect. t••••••••@gmail.com | github.com/trvsmtchll
