Prior to joining Fusion, was Program Lead for all functional areas of the business continuity program at Walgreens. Led response and recovery activities during times of crisis events and/or other emergencies affecting the enterprise. Guided business units in the development, customization, maintenance and planning of their Business Continuity Plans, Business Impact Analyses, Risk/Threat/Vulnerability Assessments, and Emergency Management Guides. Collaborated as a Continuity Agent with all business units and other key stakeholders to build awareness around the business continuity program. Worked to build a connection between crisis management, enterprise risk management, emergency management, business continuity, IT risk management and disaster recovery into a seamless framework that operated effectively and efficiently on an enterprise-wide level. Developed Business Continuity lesson plans and facilitated all Walgreens Business Continuity training sessions. Experienced planner, risk mitigation and vulnerability assessment professional. Developed security plans, with mitigation strategies, for multiple Naval Installations and vessels. Served 22 years in the United States Navy.
