For the past 6+ years at Accenture, I have been part of various teams focused on making the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process more efficient. I’ve always believed that in a large SAP landscape, none of us are experts in everything—but we can be very good at working together to find the right solution.My work across the Pharmacy, Chemicals and Life Sciences industries has taught me that a \"good\" system isn\'t just about configuration; it\'s about how well it supports the people using it every day. I’ve often found that the best way to handle a stuck IDoc or a complex pricing error is to sit down with the users and the developers until we get it right.A few areas where I contribute:Process Automation: I recently worked with my team to automate TM Freight Order processing. We wanted to simplify the workflow so our users could focus on more important tasks than manual data entry.S/4HANA Support: I’ve been helping our clients transition to Condition Contracts. It’s a team effort to move away from legacy rebates, and I enjoy being the point person for any functional questions.Technical-Functional Support: I am comfortable using ABAP debugging to help our developers pin down issues quickly. I also believe that thorough Functional Testing is a responsibility we owe to the business to keep the system stable.I am always looking to learn from my peers and contribute my bit to the SD and TM space.
