Conduct Comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations for strategic decision- making, Create and manage intricate SQL queries to load, retrieve, and convert data into centralized databases from a variety of sources (Mobile Forms, Pronto-forms and SharePoint). Added aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly graphs and tables to create a clickable report. Handled the development of an all-inclusive Power BI and SSRS reporting system for a business property that was compliant, optimizing data flow and visualization and generating a 40% improvement in stakeholder’s satisfaction. Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business objectives, and create user- friendly BI solutions that allow for data- driven decisions. Own the end -to-end delivery of a high-level brief or problem statement provided by the Business or Senior Project Manager. Use independent critical thinking and data analysis to break down the challenge into key deliverable, and collaborate with the Technology to develop a solution and delivery strategy.
