Developed a Capacity model and highlighted budget variances monthly to ensure projects remain on track financially and within scope.*Ensure that all mandatory trainings, timesheet submissions etc are completed in line with timelines and risk/control policies and support PM with other adhoc requirements*Organize quarterly town halls, leader site visits and floor activities to drive team collaboration and foster engagement
