About Trupti Chinchghare
With over 11 years of experience as a Software Engineer in Test, I have developed and designed test frameworks for various domains, including retail, capital markets, insurance, banking, and conversational AI. I have a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering and I am a NTSE Scholar.At Liveperson, where I am responsible for testing the large language models and generative AI capabilities that enable brands to add conversational intelligence by leveraging their existing content. I use web services automation tools, such as RestAssured API, Jersey API, ITKO LISA, and SOAPUI, to test the knowledge AI content ingestion and question answering features. I also use Java and JavaScript frameworks, such as Selenium, TestNG, Maven, Cucumber, Protractor, and Chai, to test the GUI and web services. Additionally, I use CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins, to ensure the quality and reliability of the software delivery process. I also have experience with various databases, version control systems, monitoring tools, data staging utilities, and test bed setup in AWS. My mission is to ensure the optimal performance and functionality of the conversational AI solutions that Liveperson offers to its customers and agents. I am passionate about applying my skills and expertise in testing large language models and generative AI capabilities to enhance the user experience and satisfaction. I am always eager to learn new technologies and tools that can help me achieve my goals and deliver value to the organization.
