Drive strategic cross-functional initiatives include the creation of the sales development team, entries into new markets & segments as well as project management support on strategic top level objectives. Own the execution and operations of Zinier\'s digital experiences including websites, webinars, paid digital (Google Adwords + Linkedin Ads), content syndication and email nurtures. Built and grew our martech stack from our initial migration from Hubspot to Pardot and Salesforce to scaling our marketing programs and measurements as Zinier scaled including implementing lead and account engagement scoring, multi-channel integrated campaigns, and multi-touch attribution. Identify opportunities and gaps in Pardot, Salesforce, Bombora, Drift, CaliberMind, and various other marketing tools to implement an approach for an optimal martech infrastructure. Spearhead and drive marketing QBRs, as well as weekly and monthly marketing reports and dashboards for our management team.
